The Code Enforcement Officer is charged with the responsibility of properly and fairly enforcing
all ordinances within the Township of Colts Neck.

The Code Enforcement Officer has the responsibility of ensuring compliance with all Township,
County and State laws and regulations.

The Code Enforcement Officer is a part-time position within the Township of Colts Neck,
operating within the hours of 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
