CAMP KACHEWIE

Every summer Josh and Jared go to sleep-away camp. Camp Kachewie is the best! There is swimming, sports, hiking and art. But their favorite is the nightly marshmallow roast.
Tonight Josh and Jared get picked to gather the firewood.
Josh and Jared hike in the woods. The woods are dark and scary. They hear owls hooting and bats screeching. They are frightened!
They see a bright light in the distance. They walk toward it.
Josh and Jared can’t believe their eyes.
They see little green men
coming out of a UFO!
They run away and trip on a stick and fall down.
The little green men take them in the spaceship.
The boys start crying.
“Please be our friends,” say the little green men. “Your camp looks fun. Can we come?”
Josh and Jared make a deal with the men. “If you help us gather the firewood you can come.”
So they did. And the marshmallow roast turned out to be the best ever!
